INGREDIENTS
- 3 broiler fryer chickens, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms or 2 (4 oz.) cans stems and pieces
- 1 lg. onion, cut up
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Use mushroom liquid for part of water. Bake about 1 1/2 hours. The mushroom chicken recipe is ready...enjoy the bake !
