- 1 fryer, skinned or 8 thighs or 8 drumsticks
- 1 stick butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can Golden mushroom soup
Brown chicken in butter in iron skillet. In saucepan, dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add Campbell's mushroom soup. Then add gravy to skillet over chicken and simmer for 30-45 minutes. The mushroom chicken recipe is ready to serve....enjoy !
